Will my case be deleted when retention runs out?
Never silently. We warn you 30, 14 and 7 days out, and a case only ever moves to read-only—we do not destroy case data on a timer. Legal hold is planned, not shipped, so retain an exported case archive when your records policy requires one.
When does Team make sense?
Team is for units that need pooled cloud capacity and admin and investigator roles. At ten seats, the annual plan works out to $27 per person per year. Shared libraries, assignment and handoff, and a visible audit trail are planned and labeled that way above.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes, on Department and Agency. We invoice with net-30 terms and can supply a W-9, which is what most agency purchasing departments need. Card payment stays available on every plan.
What happens to my work if we stop paying?
Your cases stay readable and exportable — you are never locked out of your own casework. New cloud saves pause until you are back within the free allowance, and local worksheets keep working exactly as they always have.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is free indefinitely, with every calculator, every worked solution and the full scene-conditions lookup. If the calculators are all you need, that is a perfectly good place to stay.
